As Philadelphia considers ending incineration of its garbage in Chester, PSR PA and Reclaim Philadelphia are screened Bilal Motley’s 20-minute documentary Trash and Burn about the health impacts of the incinerator in Chester, followed by a Q&A and ACTION with Bilal and Chester’s Public Health Commissioner Dr. Kristin Motley.
