About Corey
Corey Davis is the Youth Leadership Mentor at PSR PA. In this position, he is responsible for facilitating group sessions on a weekly basis and maintaining documentation. He also mentors youth on various topics, such as alternatives to violence, coping skills, informed decision-making, leadership and peer support/encouragement.
Corey was named Corporate Director of Facility Operations in 2021 for The Kintock Group. Since starting with The Kintock Group in 2001, Corey has held a wide range of management positions. Most recently, Corey served as the Site Administrator of The Kintock Group’s Philadelphia/Erie Avenue Facility. Prior to that, he served as the company’s Deputy Director of Program Services. In his current role as Corporate Director of Facility Operations, Corey is responsible for providing corporate oversight of facility operations for all Kintock locations, including ensuring consistent delivery of quality services, and assisting with program development and implementation, among other essential functions.
Corey received a bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Pre-Law from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Walden University. He is a Past President, Board Member and the Public Relations Chair of the Pennsylvania Association of Probation, Parole and Corrections (PAPPC), a Board Member of Community Corrections Association of Pennsylvania (CAPPA), a Board Member of The National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ) and a Board of Trustees Member of Mid-Atlantic States Correctional Association (MASCA).

Corey enjoys traveling and spending time with family, married with 4 children and 2 granddaughters, there is always an adventure awaiting. Corey is also a huge aquarium hobbyist.
