About the event

Join Physicians for Social Responsibility Pennsylvania (PSR PA) for a timely conversation on the mental and emotional toll of climate change, timed with the release of our new Emotional Toll Report. This webinar will explore eco-anxiety, climate grief, and their impacts on youth and adults—particularly in communities already burdened by environmental hazards.

We’ll raise awareness and provide practical tools for navigating distress, finding fulfillment, and sustaining hope—especially for those doing this work every day.

Topics include:

  • Understanding eco-anxiety and climate grief in youth and adults

  • Coping strategies for living a meaningful life within current constraints—when there’s no “magic bullet”

  • Avoiding burnout for those working on climate and environmental justice issues
