About Jen
Jen McGinn is the Bookkeeping and Grants Coordinator, bringing a unique blend of artistic and administrative expertise to the role. She holds a BA and MFA in Dance with a certificate in Arts Administration. Jen has spent her career immersed in the field as a choreographer, educator, and arts administrator. Her professional journey includes work with the Center for Performance Research, Life Lines Community Arts Project, the American Dance Festival, Brooklyn Arts Exchange, and most recently, as Associate Dean and Director of Undergraduate Studies at the University of the Arts.

With a passion for supporting mission-driven organizations through both creative and operational lenses, Jen contributes to PSR PA’s work with precision and dedication. She lives in South Philadelphia with her wife and two children. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys swimming and listening to audiobooks.
